This Service includes a database of records that have been entered from the original Annual Returns that have been lodged with the AEC. By selecting one of the menu options you will be able to perform various analyses on the records. Please ensure that you verify any results of your analysis by viewing copies of the original Returns.

Copies of the submitted Returns are accessable as printable Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Links to the submitted Returns can be accessed from a Political Party, Associated Entity or Donor record. In certain instances particularly for the larger Political Parties and Associated Entities the PDF files may take a few minutes to download.

It is recommended that you read the Glossary for terms that are used in the Annual Returns Locator Service to ensure correct interpretation of information provided.

Please note: Depending on the volume of concurrent users, you may experience a short delay while data is being downloaded.

Disclaimer

While all efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information in the database the definitive information is that contained on the returns. Any information obtained through interrogating the database should be confirmed with the copies of the original Returns (PDF files).

Political Parties and Associated Entities with late lodgements

• completed returns lodged after the 20 October 2008 deadline
• returns not lodged as at 28 January 2009, the cut-off date for processing of returns prior to public disclosure
